This is a Fast Paced, High Intensity Style of Training using the Pilates Principals and the Interval Training methods. You will Sweat! This class is not for Beginners or people with moderate to severe injuries, however we do work with your needs and give you alternative exercises to bypass and niggly minor aches or pains you may have that day. The 30 minute class is designed to burn fat fast and safely using bodyweight, bands, balls and weights. Pilates FAT BURN is one of our many mobile corporate classes on offer.
