I am passionate about working, living and loving all things to do with Yoga. My specialty is both with the young and the young at heart. However, I embrace any and all who are willing to learn the skills that are required to practice the art of Yoga; in all its depths and forms.
One of my new found passions is working with children and teenagers to help them gain a healthy perspective into their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. I look forward to welcoming you into my classes.

500 hours Yoga Teacher Training, Trauma Aware Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra (Guided Deep Relaxation)
I have taught traditional Hatha yoga, Meditation & guided relaxation since 2008. Yoga has assisted me to find a more balanced approach to life, work, exercise & health. I love introducing the benefits of yoga to people of all ages and abilities and am passionate about supporting healthy ageing, mental well-being & living mindfully. I aim to provide a fun & relaxing learning space to gently explore physical poses, breath work & relaxation – restoring balance to body & mind. My classes are highly suited for beginners up to intermediate level – and those seeking a mindful, gradual progression to their practice.
Personal experience with a range of injuries & health issues over the years has enriched my understanding of various issues experienced by my students. Learning to adapt yoga & exercise to suit changing needs has kindled a strong passion for therapeutic yoga – to assist injury, illness, mental illness & healthy ageing. I continue to joyfully teach yoga to older students to assist balance, joint strength & aid mobility. I also teach classes to assist healthy mental & emotional well-being, with a particular interest in supporting people experiencing trauma. I am always training to learn new approaches to traditional yoga poses that make it accessible for anyone. With this in mind I view all my students as my best teachers!
I look forward to seeing you on the mat…
At the age of 14 i was first attuned to Reiki Attunment 1 with my mothers close and dear friend, who became my spiritual mentor and guides me to this day. I received Reiki on a weekly basis and became extremely interested in the principles and teachings, which lead me to my 2nd degree attunment in 2008. Reiki is more than just healing.. it is a way of life that has helped me through the dark periods of my life. Connecting to a universal life focre is extremely empowering.
I finished my Mastery in 2015 with over 15 years study and meditation. I hope to pass on these practices to as many people as i can, for in my life it has truly forged miracles. Reiki is my life and my deepest passion that i live on a daily basis, and if i can help anyone learn this and help heal themselves, i will.
Among the many benefits that may be obtained from meditation are self-discovery; spiritual renewal; inner peace; healing, both for yourself and for others; improved relationships, both with others and with yourself; stress control and release; freedom from fear and acceptance of life. But most of all is a sense of well-being and belonging, a feeling of being at ease with yourself and with your life.
R.I.P. Murray, You’re Forever In Our Hearts. xoxo
-RYT 300 with My Health Yoga and have experience teaching general and Vinyasa yoga.
I’m experienced in and naturally drawn to Vinyasa yoga as a powerful and dynamic style where you can sweat it out during a full mind and body experience that helps achieve greater strength, endurance, balance and overall body awareness. Complimentary to this yang style, I’m also passionate about integrating Yin yoga into my practice and teaching. Yin is a slower paced style focusing on deep opening and stretching making it a more meditative practice and the perfect counter to an active lifestyle.
I look forward to seeing you on the mat and sharing all I have to offer in finding the fine balance between effort and surrender in yoga as well as life and enjoying the journey along the way. I’m committed to offering modifications for all levels, making classes enjoyable for every body. I’m humbled and excited to share with you all the benefits of this practice.

Often when you find something you love, you want to share it with the world. That’s how I feel about yoga and what inspired me to become a yoga teacher. Initially approaching yoga as part of my weekly ‘workout’, I soon discovered the mental, spiritual and emotional benefits of a regular practice. Now I feel honoured to be able to share these gems with others.
I have practiced yoga for many years and am particularly passionate about helping individuals take time out of their busy lives to connect with their body, mind and breath – using practical yogic tools. I have experience teaching gentle hatha, vinyasa, corporate, prenatal, mums and bubs, mums and tots and kids’ yoga classes, including kids’ yoga birthday parties.
Along with family, yoga is my biggest passion. As a mum to two beautiful little girls, a marketing manager, university teacher, wife, daughter, and big sister, I find that yoga helps bring balance and self-nurturing to my busy life. And my busy and ‘colourful’ life sees me bring empathy and compassion to my yoga teaching.
Yoga is like my boat in what can sometimes be a rocky ocean. It helps keep me afloat and also propels me forwards. If I ever feel ‘lost at sea’, I simply return to my mat and find my way again.
