This 60 minute class is a Linked Flow format, creating a dynamic, challenging and restorative flow, emphasizing the importance of connecting breath with movement. Our Pilates Flow Class, that incorporates more restorative postures, such as creative balance, core connection and gentle yoga . Through the use of gravity, your body will take on gentle challenges to tone, build overall strength, improve flexibility and develop balance and control. There will be modifications and variations offered for all exercises and postures so that the intensity and challenge is up to the individual. All levels of fitness and ability are welcome.
