Recovery Bathhouse

WHAT TO BRING 

• Appropriate swimsuit (no long ties)
• Water bottle
• Hair tie for long hair
• Bag for wet clothing
• Towel

WHAT TO WEAR

• Please wear an appropriate swimsuit as the Bathhouse is a unisex space​ (unless private event)
• Minimal makeup, NO fake tan and NO lotions
• Remove dangling jewellery, glasses and watches to prevent damage from heat
• No footwear to be worn in the bathhouse area after arrival

Storage area is provided for the safekeeping of all personal belongings in the reception area. However management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables of any kind brought onto the premises. Feel free to leave all valuable items in your car or at home. Any lost property will be kept for 1 week and if not collected with be donated to a local charity.

MEDICAL

Please consult your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin conditions or any other medical complications before booking a Bathhouse session. Remember to stay hydrated prior, during and post your Bathhouse session.

PREGNANCY

Unfortunately our facilities are too high in heat for pregnant or lactating women.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

18+

​Please be advised that our Recovery Bathhouse is strictly an 18 years and over and that the Bathhouse is not a child friendly environment. Children are not allowed at the Bathhouse for their own health and safety. We do allow 16+ year olds in private events.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

No outside food or drinks are allowed (except water) during our sessions unless otherwise stated and previously discussed. Please only have a light snack before your session. For personal comfort we recommend an empty bowel during your session or retreat.

LOCATION & PARKING

Our Bathhouse is located on a private acreage property in Nerang on the Gold Coast. All guests are by appointment only. We encourage off street parking and share rides if you are coming with a friend. On street parking is available curbside (not grassed area) for upto 7 cars parked on studio address side only. Off street parking is also available for upto 5 cars through the Breeze Pilates and Yoga signed driveway, parking head to toe on the left hand side only next to rock wall. Address will be sent to your phone upon booking.

CANCELATION POLICY

• Receive a full refund if canceled at least 14 days before the event.
• Get a 50% refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
